The Process

Every build begins with a conversation. Contact me by email, WhatsApp, or phone to discuss your ideas, or start by filling out the initial consultation form.

A £250 design fee is due after our discussion, providing you with a fully specced design. If you proceed with the build, this fee is deducted from your 50% deposit.

Once the design is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place in the build queue. The current build time is approximately one month from receipt of your deposit.
